The class will be held at The Obici Wellness Center. The cost of the six-week class is $40.

Karen Newton, R.D., will present the program and Obici Executive Chef, Mike Colvin, will conduct four low calorie-cooking demonstrations, which will incorporate guidelines discussed in the program.
Cooking for Weight Loss will follow the American Diabetes Association and the American Dietetic Association exchange list for weight loss.
