Anthony &uot;Tony&uot; Vincent entered into eternal rest Dec. 29, 2005. He was born on Sept. 20, 1954 to Lois Edwards Vincent and the late James W. Vincent, Sr.

He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church where he served on the Nursing Unit and Hospitality Committee.

Tony leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life his son Shawn Vincent; mother Lois Edwards Vincent; three sisters, Barbara Vincent, Cassandra Reid, and Lois Felton (Clarence); four brothers, Rodney Vincent (Karen), James Vincent, Herbert Vincent, and Orlando Vincent (Karin), and a host of many aunts, nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins and friends.

Mr. Vincent will be on view from 2 to 6 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Jan. 4 at the funeral home. A wake service will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Jan. 4. The funeral will be at noon Dec. 5 at Bethany Baptist Church on

Campostella Road in Norfolk. Interment will be at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
