A Suffolk grand jury on Wednesday indicted a man accused of a June 21 carjacking.

Eltonis Markeis Outlaw, 27, was among 46 defendants indicted on 122 charges.

Outlaw is accused of knocking a 65-year-old man to the ground at the Kangaroo at 819 W. Washington St. that night. He allegedly emptied the victim’s pockets, found the keys and drove off in the victim’s van.

Police at first attempted to pursue the van, but the chase was called off because of high speeds. The van eventually struck a power pole in the 5900 block of Godwin Boulevard.
