The theme for the session is ‘God’s Love Conquers All…love one another.” (John 3:23)The workshop facilitators are the Rev. Calvin White, pastor of Union Bethel Baptist Church and Bishop William Richardson.

The afternoon session at 1:30 p.m. will include a kick off celebration for this great 120th year of excellence in church school ministry.

On Sunday, church school starts at 10 a.m., headed by Supt. Linwood Wiggins. Morning worship at 11 a.m. will be conducted by the host church and congregation.

The youth program committee will give a presentation at 1:30 p.m., followed by an update on current Union news and activities from Mrs. E.J. Langston. Bernice Bostic will give the missionary report and present the first and second place banners of churches that totaled the highest amount of monies raised this session. Other reports will conclude this session.

The second session of the 120th Union Celebration will be held at First Baptist Church, 112 Mahan St., Mr. Willie F. Gary, president.
