NEWPORT NEWS — T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home, Inc. regrets to announce the passing of Baby Kennedy Destiny Melvin. She was born on Aug. 9 to Derick Melvin and Standice Rumph.

Baby Kennedy will be laid to rest on Saturday, Aug. 13 at 3 p.m. in the T.E. Cooke-Overton Heavenly Angels Baby Garden of Carver Memorial Cemetery.
