Helen Knight Edwards, 84, of Daytona Beach, Fla., passed away Dec. 18. She was daughter of the late John and Hattie Knight. She was a former member of Union Branch Baptist Church, Corapeake, N.C.

She is survived by her nephews, Thurman E. Scott, Charles Knight Jr., and Willie Brown; her niece, Pam Brown; many loving cousins, including Sidney and Idonia Parker and Lucille Jones; and a host of devoted neighbors and friends.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27, in Union Branch Baptist Church, Corapeake, N.C., by Pastor Nathan Thomas. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
