Judy Garland Harper Barnes, 62, of the 1300 block of W. Little Creek Road, Norfolk, passed away on July 31, 2011. She was a housekeeper at Hampton Inn in Virginia Beach.

She is survived by her husband, Clinton James Barnes; three daughters, Milaniece Jenkins, Sharonda Barnes and Andrea Hinnant; three sons, Anthony Harper, Garland Robinson and Steven Farmer; and a host of other relatives and friends.
