A Suffolk Circuit Court grand jury last week handed down 68 indictments against three people charged in a rash of catalytic converter thefts over the summer.

The three suspects — David Christopher Bone, 27, and Nicholas Edward Villi, 26, both of Windsor, and Tiffany Nicole Holt, 22, of Chesapeake – were arrested in July after a school resource officer spotted them near a teacher’s car at King’s Fork Middle School, according to police. Police stopped the car on Lake Prince Road after learning that the catalytic converter on the teacher’s car had been stolen.

Bone was indicted on seven counts each of grand larceny, conspiracy to commit a felony and possession of burglary tools and six counts of larceny with intent to sell.
