Credit card thief sought

Chesapeake Police are looking for help in locating a suspect captured on video using a stolen credit card. The victim, an 83-year-old man, reported that between %:30 and 9:30 p.m. Nov. 14, someone entered his Bugle Drive East home by force and stole his Visa credit card.

The victim contacted his credit card company and discovered that two purchases were made with his card that day.

The first occurred at approximately 9:36 p.m. at the Chesapeake Target store located at Chesapeake Square Ring Road. The video surveillance documents a white male wearing a camouflage jacket, black shirt and Redskins pants using the victim’s credit card.

The second transaction occurred at 9:46 p.m. at the Chesapeake Toys R Us, located on Portsmouth Boulevard.

A third transaction at 1:26 a.m. the following morning at the Wal-Mart located on College Drive in Suffolk.
