Two adults and one child were rescued by Suffolk firefighters from a burning home in the Whaleyville community Sunday morning.

After arriving on the scene, firefighters were able to pull the three victims from the home through a second story window.

The fire was brought under control just before 8 a.m.

The cause of the fire was not reported.
