Several Suffolk Public Schools will be featured in this year’s “Sounds of the Season” holiday broadcast. Students from various schools recorded their performances at the Chrysler Museum in Norfolk, and the broadcast will air on WTKR (Channel 3) and WGNT (Channel 27) in Hampton Roads.
Schools featured this year include; Lakeland High School, Col. Fred Cherry Middle School, John F. Kennedy Middle School, John Yeates Middle School, Northern Shores Elementary School, Creekside Elementary School and Elephant’s Fork Elementary School.
WGNT (Channel 27) Schedule:
Tuesday, Dec. 24 at 10:00 PM: Lakeland High School and Col. Fred Cherry Middle School
Wednesday, Dec. 25 at 6:30 AM: John F. Kennedy Middle School, John Yeates Middle School, Northern Shores Elementary, Creekside Elementary, Oakland Elementary, and Elephant’s Fork Elementary
Thursday, Dec. 26 at 10:00 PM: Lakeland High School and Col. Fred Cherry Middle School
Friday, Dec. 27 at 7:00 PM: John F. Kennedy Middle School, John Yeates Middle School, Northern Shores Elementary, Creekside Elementary, Oakland Elementary, and Elephant’s Fork Elementary

Wednesday, Dec. 25 at 5:30 AM: Lakeland High School and Col. Fred Cherry Middle School
