SUFFOLK, VA – On Friday, June 21, 2024, at approximately 10:44 p.m., Suffolk Emergency Communications Center received notification of a shooting in the 1100 block of E Washington Street at South Lloyd Street. life threatening injuries.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with an adult male who had sustained gunshot wounds to both legs. He was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
