Billy Ray Richardson, 82, passed away June 16, 2024.  A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va 23434 with Pastor Billy  Gardner officiating. Visitation will be held following the service.  Interment will be private and held at a later date at Albert G.
