 Burlington Stores, Inc., has announced its new location will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, June 28, 2024. According to a press release, the hours of operation for the new store located at 6253 College Dr will be Mon-Thu: 9 a.m. until 10 p.m., Fri-Sat: 9 a.m. until 11 p.m., and  Sunday from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. On Friday, June 28 and Saturday, June 29, following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the first 100 customers, aged 18 and up, enjoy a $10 Bonus Card to be used toward their purchase. On Sunday, June 30, customers will receive a free Burlington umbrella while supplies last, with no purchase necessary.

The Suffolk store brings the total number of stores in Virginia to 28 as the company continues to expand its footprint.

“Our goal is to continue to offer area residents low prices on brand name merchandise for the entire family and home,” said Michael O’Sullivan, CEO of Burlington Stores. “We’re continuing to expand our footprint across the country and are excited to be opening a new store in Suffolk, VA. We look forward to giving local customers the chance to discover big savings on a wide range of products.”

In line with Burlington’s commitment to community support, the company will donate $5,000 to a local high-need school through its partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org. The donation will be presented at the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
