Suffolk Fire and Rescue responded to a structural collapse in the 200 block of Locust St. Friday at approximately 10:30. When units arrived on the scene, they found a vehicle had crashed into a residential structure. Three occupants were in the house and were uninjured. The driver was removed by firefighters while still in the vehicle that was inside the structure. The driver was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.
