Rachel Ann Dotson Winborne, 76, passed away peacefully on Dec. 2, 2023. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow at the Winborne Family Cemetery, 6048 Indian Trail. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Parr Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.
