Robb indicted on voluntary manslaughter charge

The Suffolk Circuit Court Grand Jury indicted a man on charges of voluntary manslaughter in connection with a fatal March 21 shooting that killed one.
Darion Robb, 29, of Suffolk was indicted on the voluntary manslaughter count in the death of Allyjah Rivera, 23, of Suffolk, that police said was a domestic-related shooting.
Police responded to the 100 block of North 10th Street on the morning of March 21 in reference to the shooting, finding Rivra suffering from a gunshot wound. Suffolk Fire and Rescue treated and transported Rivera to an area hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
Robb is being held in custody at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail. His arraignment on the charges is set for 9:30 a.m. Monday, July 21.
This was one of 94 indictments returned against 35 people by the Grand Jury Monday, July 24. There were 19 indictments handed down that were sealed.

Orville Jermaine Braxton — Making a false statement on a criminal history consent form
Justin Lee Britt — Possession of schedule I/II drugs (two counts)
Jonathan Lee Bynum — Driving while intoxicated third offense within five years
David Windley Cuffee Jr. — Violent felon possessing/transporting a weapon
Jarred Matthew Friesz — Malicious shooting/throwing into an occupied building (two counts)
Emone Jamal Gaines — Grand larceny auto theft, and capias direct indictments for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and attempted obstruction of justice (two counts, both misdemeanors)
Jeremy Dewayne Garrison — Capias direct indictments for distribution of schedule I/II drugs (five counts)
Kenneth James Goral Jr. — Concealing or taking possession of merchandise greater than $1,000 and possession of burglary tools
Tia Renay Hall — Making a false statement on a criminal history consent form
Thomas Lee Harper — Failure to stop for an accident greater than $1,000
Alexis Sterling Jackson — Assault on a law enforcement/Department of Corrections personnel
Michael Francis Jackson — Capias direct indictment misdemeanors for animal cruelty-depriving food and malicious wounding of an animal
Keith Andrew Jaeger — Possession of schedule I/II drugs
Clarence Lamont Jennings Jr. — Capias felony direct indictment for rape with victim under 13 years of age
Daniel Alan Jennings — Possession Of Methamphetamine
Isaiah Taequando Johnson — Construction fraud greater than $1,000
Daviyon Amani Jones — Possession with intent to distribute marijuana greater than one ounce and less than five ounces, possession of firearms while in possession with intent to distribute schedule I/II drugs/one pound of marijuana, possession/use of machine gun for an aggressive purpose, possession with intent to distribute schedule I/II drugs and possession of a gun on a person with schedule I/II drugs

Aaron Quantez Riddick — Possession with intent to distribute marijuana greater than one ounce and less than five pounds and non-violent felon possessing a firearm within 10 years
Christina Nicole Smith — Capias felony direct indictment violating a protective order with assault and battery and capias misdemeanor direct indictment assault and battery
Tyquan D. Trotter — Violent felon possessing/transporting a weapon, felon possessing a weapon/ammo-not gun and receipt of a stolen firearm
Stacey Darnell Warmack — Making a false statement on a criminal history consent form and non-violent felon attempting to possess a gun within 10 years
Sheri Lee White — Driving while intoxicated third offense within five years, and capias felony direct indictments for driving with a suspended/revoked license endangerment and driving while intoxicated third offense within five years
