The GFWC Junto Women’s Club recently awarded two seniors with college scholarships.

Jennifer Johnson and Ariel Brown each will receive $750 for their college studies.

Johnson is the daughter of J. Johnson and Amy Kim. She is a graduate of Nansemond River High School and will attend Virginia Tech to pursue a degree in biology.

Brown, the daughter of Andrew and Karen Brown, is a graduate of King’s Fork High School. She will attend George Mason University and pursue a degree in neuroscience.
