Masters of Soul is back at the Suffolk Center for a one night only performance at 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28 with the legendary songs that defined Motown and soul music.
For many, Masters of Soul is the ultimate stroll down memory lane performing hit songs from singers such as Gladys Knight and The Pips, Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell, Smokey Robinson and the Miracles, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Diana Ross and The Supremes, Janes Brown and more.
For those who have not seen Masters of Soul, the Suffolk Center said to expect a wild night, full of the soulful music that everyone loves. The 10-person group consists of three lead male vocalists and three lead female vocalists backed by a four-piece band of seasoned musicians who’ve been touring together for decades. Get ready for Tina Turner wigs, glitz, and fully choreographed dance moves, according to a news release.
Backed by the TFC Band, the fabulous crooners encourage audiences to sing-a-long and move to the best of Motown, Rhythm and Blues, and Rock ‘n Roll.
Reserved seating tickets are available for $30, $38, and $45. Purchase tickets by calling the Suffolk Center Box Office at 757.923.2900, online at https://suffolkcenter.org/masters-of-soul-2023/, or stop by the Suffolk Center at 110 W. Finney Ave.
