Virtual children’s exercise class offered

Suffolk Parks and Recreation is hosting Kidz in Motion, a virtual youth fitness class teaching the fundamentals of exercise as well as an introduction to exercise equipment.
The class offers a fun environment to help children create a lifelong appreciation and respect for fitness virtually through the Suffolk Parks and Recreation Facebook page, according to a news release.
The class is streamed live online on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Nov. 28 through Dec. 21.
Registration is open now. This class is free with a current annual membership. Participants must be 7 to 15 years old. Beginners are welcome.
