Police arrest Portsmouth man in indecent exposure incident

Suffolk Police arrested a Portsmouth man in connection with two indecent exposure incidents that occurred on Thursday, Nov. 24 in the Burbage Grant area.
Based on the description of the vehicle, Suffolk Police said in a Friday news release that they were able to locate the suspect, who has been identified as Deshawn Parker, 26, of Portsmouth.
Parker is charged with indecent liberties with child, a felony, and indecent exposure. He was taken to Western Tidewater regional jail where he was released on bond.
The Suffolk Police Department is asking members of the public who may have witnessed additional incidents to come forward. The suspect may have been driving a dark blue Nissan Altima with a temporary Virginia license plate A88068, officials said in the news release.
