Route 58/Holland Road will have a westbound lane closure between Faulk Road and Centerpoint Drive from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 20 and Tuesday, Dec. 21, as well as from 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Dec. 22, according to the Suffolk Department of Public Works.

Traffic flow will be managed as much as possible to minimize delays.
