UPDATE: Osbourne has been located in Gloucester.
Earlier: Suffolk Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered adult male, Edward Raashon Osbourne.
According to a city press release, Osbourne is a 20-year-old male with a diminished mental capacity who was last seen around 1 a.m. in the 200 block of Berry Ridge Lane. He is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs approximately 250 pounds, and was last seen wearing a navy blue hoodie with a thin white stripe and jeans.
Suffolk Police and Suffolk Fire & Rescue are still in the area actively trying to locate him.
The investigation remains ongoing at this time, and there is no further information available for release.
