Suffolk’s National Night Out 2021 will officially begin with the Community Kickoff event scheduled for 6 p.m. June 15, at the Suffolk Visitor Center Pavilion, 524 N. Main St.

Community and neighborhood group leaders are welcome to attend and find out what this year’s event is all about and register for the big night with the Suffolk National Night Out Committee.

The 2020 National Night Out festivities were canceled due to COVID-19. However, this year promises to offer a bounce-back opportunity to highlight the relationships of mutual respect and support that exist between our members of public safety and citizens.

Suffolk has a longstanding tradition of excellence with National Night Out. It has ranked in the top 10 nationwide for over a decade in our population category while being the recipient of five first in the nation awards in 2008, 2009, 2014, 2016 and 2018.
