Mr. Elliott Leon Wiggins, 66, of Cherrywood Court, Chesapeake, transitioned on March 24, 2021, at his home. The viewing of the late Elliott Leon Wiggins will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2021, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home, and the graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 1, 2021, in Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk.
