A teen has been taken to a local hospital with serious injuries after a shooting on College Drive.
The shooting was reported at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to a city press release. It happened at the McDonald’s in the 6200 block of College Drive.
The teen male was treated by Suffolk Fire & Rescue personnel and taken by ground ambulance to the hospital.
City spokeswoman Diana Klink said she could not yet say exactly how old the victim is.
The investigation is in the preliminary stages, and there was no further information available for release on Wednesday evening, Klink stated.
