Three boys’ volleyball players from Suffolk were recognized on the All-District teams.

The King’s Fork High School boys’ volleyball team led the way in All-District selections for Suffolk schools with two, as a total of three boys were recognized. Adrian Young of King’s Fork and Benjie Weichert of Nansemond River High School headlined the first team as representatives for Suffolk.

On the second team, Carlo Cecchini headlined for Suffolk. Cecchini was also an All-Region selection for the Bulldogs.

Both the Nansemond River and King’s Fork boys’ volleyball teams had solid seasons with both teams advancing to the region playoffs. The Bulldogs earned themselves a region win this season, while the Warriors earned a region bid as well.
