Mrs. Evelyn Stallings Jones, 91, of Sunbury, N.C., died on Friday, Dec. 13, 2019, at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, 2019, at New Middle Swamp Missionary Baptist Church, 790 Middle Swamp Road, Corapeake, N.C. Visitation with the family and viewing of the body will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, 2019, at New Middle Swamp Missionary Baptist Church.
