Thomas Rawlings, 84, of Spencer Court, Suffolk, transitioned Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019, at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at noon, Friday, Dec. 20, 2019, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
