Charles Earl Little Sr., 94, of Cedar Lane, Portsmouth, transitioned Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019, at his residence. A celebration of life was held at noon, Monday, Nov. 11, 2019, at Tabernacle Baptist Outreach Center, 3621 Nansemond Parkway, Suffolk. Pastor Trevon D. Boone delivered the message of comfort. He was laid to rest in TBOC Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
