The Suffolk native was a part of the Lott IMPACT Trophy watch list heading into the season. A couple of games into the season, he had been chosen for the quarterfinals list. Christiansen, in his senior season, is a two-time team captain for Army at West Point and was an All-Independent first team linebacker.
At NSA, Christiansen helped lead the Saints took a state title in 2015. He played running back and linebacker and was a two-time Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association State Defensive Player of the Year. He is a three-time All-State and All-Conference selection and is also a two-time Conference Player of the Year.
