Linda Rose Bradley

Linda Rose Bradley, 78,  was born in Suffolk on July 16, 1941, to the late Eloise and Samuel Coleman Sr. She retired from Norfolk Navy Shipyard as a gas station attendant after 28 years of dedicated service.

Linda was a faithful member of First Baptist Church Mahan.

Sadly, on Saturday, October 26, 2019, Linda answered God’s calling and gained her heavenly wings. Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse W. Bradley; sister, Ruth Smallwood; and grandson, Erek Wright Jr.

Linda leaves behind her children, Cynthia (Calvin) Deloatch, April (Raymond) Edwards, Alfonza (Yvette) Felton and Marcus Bradley; siblings, Joyce Dawson and Samuel Coleman Jr.; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.

Ms. Bradley’s visitation will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. A funeral will take place at noon Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, at First Baptist Church Mahan, and she will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
