The King’s Fork High School boys’ volleyball team defeated Lakeland High School Thursday evening.

The Bulldogs took care of the Cavs in four sets in a 3-1 win. The win puts King’s Fork at 2-0 on the year so far against rivals, having defeated Nansemond River High School during the beginning of the season.

Lakeland went to 0-2 against rivals, having lost to both Nansemond River and King’s Fork. The teams will meet again during the regular season.
