Theodore White (“Rip,” as he was so affectionately called), 73, of Mineral Spring Road, Suffolk, transitioned Tuesday, June 24, 2019, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at noon Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministries. He will be laid to rest in Langston Family Cemetery.
