Elsie Joyner Copeland went to be with the Lord on March 17, 2019. A graveside funeral will be conducted by the Rev. Mary Ann Biggs held in Newman Memorial Cemetery at Oakland Christian Church, 5491 Godwin Blvd., Chuckatuck, at 2 p.m. Wednesday March 20, 2019.
