The Lady Saints took a home loss to Steward School Wednesday afternoon.

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy’s field hockey team played its second straight game of the week after tying with Norfolk Collegiate on Tuesday. Wednesday afternoon, they scored one goal in their loss to Norfolk Collegiate.

The tie and loss in back-to-back days puts NSA at 4-3-1 on the season.

Lauren Meyers scored the goal for NSA with an assist from Sam Williams. On Tuesday, NSA played to a 0-0 tie in regulation. In overtime, both teams also played to a tie in a shootout with a score of 2-2.

Due to weather, NSA’s game against Southampton High School Thursday afternoon has been rescheduled.
