The game was closer than the scores indicated in the Lady Cavs’ home loss to Indian River High School.

In Lakeland High School’s first girls’ volleyball game since the weather cancellations, the team took a 3-0 loss to Indian River. Every single set Indian River won was a close one by Lakeland.

The Lady Cavs will go on the road and face rival King’s Fork High School at 6 p.m. Thursday.
