Thomas Foreman Sr., 64, of Daphia Circle, Newport News, transitioned Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018, at his residence. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, 2018, at New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministries. He will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
