Robert Greg “Tuggie” Baker, 48, of Chestnut Street, transitioned Friday, July 6, 2018, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, July 16, 2018, at Antioch U.C.C. He will be laid to rest in the Crocker Funeral Home section of Carver Memorial Cemetery.
