Mr. Marvin L. Walters Jr. passed on Monday, March 26, 2018. He was predeceased by his parents, Marvin L. Walters Sr. and Elaine G. Walters, of Suffolk.

He retired from Norfolk Naval Supply Center.

He is survived by his loving sister, Grace W. Bowie, of Richmond.
