Food Truck Friday will be back in downtown next week to help raise money for ForKids.

A downtown coworking space, Suffolk Executive Offices, first sponsored Food Truck Friday in September. On March 30, it will return featuring Chesapeake Concessions, which is known for gourmet sandwiches, including a crabcake sandwich.

“This event is the result of a partnership between Suffolk Executive Offices and ForKids,” according to a press release from Suffolk Executive Offices. “Proceeds collected on this day will be donated to ForKids to help homeless families and children. ForKids was chosen because, much like Suffolk Executive Offices, they are trying to give aid in the community by helping homeless families and children, and we appreciate them and their efforts to better the community.”
