Former Lady Bulldog standout Khadedra Croker has earned her fifth Defensive Player of the Week award.
Croker has been on a defensive rampage for the Norfolk State University women’s basketball team. For the second consecutive week, she has won the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week Award, which brings her total to five.
Last week, she was named Co-Defensive Player of the Week. She earned the award this week after averaging five blocks and 7.5 rebounds per game. She recorded four blocks in a game against Savannah State University, and then she blocked six shots in a game against South Carolina State University.
Croker now owns the program’s single-season record in blocks with 80.
