New leases:

Nature’s Edge Bait and Tackle has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at Creekside Village in North Suffolk. Neal Sadler represented the landlord.

Make Something Studio has leased 1,425 square feet of retail space at Creekside Village. Neal Sadler represented the landlord.

Sale transactions:

BIG Bridge Rd LLC has purchased a 4,228 square foot general commercial building on 1.02 acres located at 4796 Bridge Road from Auto Properties II LLC for $765,000. Cheyney Cole represented the seller.

Lease renewals and extensions:

Schewel Furniture has extended its lease on 26,651 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Plaza. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.

VA Vape Shop has extended its lease on 1,347 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Shopping Center. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
