Following are this week’s nominees for the Suffolk News-Herald Player of the Week:

• Kevin Johnson, junior, Nansemond River High School football: Johnson totaled three touchdowns that included two rushing and one receiving in the Warriors’ 63-0 win over Great Bridge High School.
• Anaya Godfrey, senior, King’s Fork High School field hockey: Godfrey scored a goal in the Lady Bulldogs’ win over Deep Creek High School.
• Deondre Little, senior, Lakeland High School football: Little caught two touchdown passes and had more than 100 yards receiving in the Cavs’ win over Hickory High School.
