Two promoted at TowneBank

TowneBank has announced promoting two employees to the position of assistant vice president at the company’s Member Service Center in Suffolk.
Donna Rice and Shannon Vaughan have received the promotions.
Rice is a senior systems engineer in the technology department. She has been an employee for two years and has 30 years of experience.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in information technology management and holds several certifications in vendor-specific technologies, including Microsoft Server operating systems and NetApp storage systems.
In the community, Rice is passionate about donating blood to the Red Cross, serving at her church’s student ministry, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and fostering dogs with the Bully Advocate and Rescue Collective organization.
Vaughan is a senior systems engineer in the technology department. He has been an employee for four years and has more than 20 years of industry experience.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in computer network management from Southern Nazarene University and holds several Microsoft MSCE and MSCA certifications, among others.
In the community, Vaughan enjoys volunteering with the Red Cross and his local church. He also serves as the assistant basketball coach for kindergarten and first-graders in Stonebridge School’s Junior League.
