Huddle House staff honored

Food Masters Inc., which operates the Huddle House in Suffolk, earned the “Best of the Best Regional” award at the chain’s recent annual convention in Destin, Fla.
During the convention, Huddle House Chief Executive Officer Michael Abt called special attention to store owners who achieved record sales and whose teams performed exceptionally in operations, cleanliness and quality service.
Food Masters Inc. and General Manager Preston Bonneville received recognition on behalf of the local restaurant. Opened in 2015 by Miller Oil Co., the restaurant has been operated by Food Masters since the beginning.
“We would like to thank the community of Suffolk and the local surrounding areas for supporting us,” Matt Moore, vice president of Food Masters stated in a press release. “We are very honored to receive the ‘Best of the Best’ award for Huddle House.”
The store owners received a $1,000 prize in recognition of their team’s achievements.
“Food Masters and their team truly earned this award, and we’re honored to recognize their accomplishments,” said Abt.
“Our franchisees are Huddle House’s bread and butter, and Suffolk’s location is one of the best. We’re continuously inspired by their passion for the brand, their ability to lead a hardworking staff, and the connections they form with customers.”
