Amzak Living has purchased Bainbridge 3200, a 228-unit luxury apartment community in Harbour View, for $44 million, according to PRNewswire, a company that helps businesses distribute press releases and corporate announcements to the media.

Built in 2016, the three-story property features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor club room and a fitness center. Interiors feature spacious layouts, modern kitchens and wood flooring.

“Amzak living focuses on Class A properties in the southeast region,” said Luis Espinal, vice president for the firm. “We are excited to enter into the Virginia market and look forward to expanding our portfolio.”
