Police are investigating armed robberies of pizza delivery drivers that occurred Saturday and Monday.

Both robberies were made on delivery drivers from the Domino’s Pizza located in the 500 block of West Constance Road, according to a city press release.

The Saturday robbery was reported at 9:35 p.m. The adult male delivery driver was attempting to make a delivery in the 300 block of Hill Street and was robbed at gunpoint. The subject fled on foot after receiving an undetermined amount of currency and the pizza.

The Monday robbery was reported at 10:30 a.m. after an adult female delivery driver was attempting to make a delivery at a residence in the 100 block of South Seventh Street. She was also robbed at gunpoint, and the robber received an undetermined amount of currency and the pizza.

Neither victim was injured.

The suspect in both robberies is believed to be the same person. He is described as a black male, short in stature with a thin build. He is believed to be about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and in his early 20s.

During the first robbery, he was wearing dark shorts, no shirt and a white shirt over his face. During the second robbery, he was wearing an orange bandanna around his face, a gray shirt and black pants.
