S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. has announced negotiation of the following transactions for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

ForKids Properties LLC has purchased a 7,300-square-foot commercial building located at 119 West Constance Road in Suffolk from Kelly’s in Suffolk LLC for $1,000,000. J.C. Wynkoop, Michael Gurley and Ross A. Weinstein, J.D. represented the seller. 

H&R Block has extended its lease on 1,200 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Shopping Center. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
