Nansemond-Suffolk Academy defeated Norfolk Christian Wednesday 8-1 in a Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools matchup.
NSA has won six games in a row. Their record is now 10-3 as the Saints continue to impress this season. Nic Psimas got the win at pitcher for the Saints.
“I think we have been well,” Psimas said of his team’s recent play. “Everyone expected us to win five games and we’ve already done much better than that. Every game, we are doing what we need to do. Even in our losses, the games have been close.”
On Tuesday, the Saints will go on the road to face Norfolk Academy. The Saints are currently undefeated in conference play at 3-0.
